After the gang and Montero are led away to be locked up Colonel Fiero spots Alicia in the other room primping herself. He approaches her and she greets him with a warm embrace and a passionate kiss. He escorts her to the dining table and asks if she is hungry. As she prepares her food Fiero asks Montero how much he is worth. Montero says he is poor and just a servant of the people. He tells Fiero he is the goose who lays the golden eggs. Fiero orders him locked up with the others. Returning to the table he tells Dolores to leave and asks Alicia who they can do business.
