In the 1967 Spaghetti western “Day of Anger” we see Lee Van Cleef (probably double Romano Puppo) riding through a canyon on his way to confront Wild Jack (Al Mullock). The rider is actually in Rambla Lanujar, Gador, Almeria, Spain.

That's probably where most of "Fistful Of Dollars" was filmed but I could be wrong.
