[These daily posts will cover little known actors or people that have appeared in more recent films and TV series. Various degrees of information that I was able to find will be given and anything that you can add would be appreciated.]
Kim Arden was an alias used by actress Gisella Sardello. She was also billed under a combination of the two names Gisella Ardens in some films. She was a beautiful actress who achieved some degree of success, but somehow never quite rose to the upper levels of stardom. Her earliest known role is from 1959’s “Cerasella” where she’s billed as Gisella Ardenz. Within a few years she was playing female leads and second leads in a selection of B-grade peplums, swashbucklers and spy films. Like many actresses of her generation, she disappeared from the screen at the end of the 1960s, reappearing in a handful of television movies in the 1980's before vanishing again, this time for good.
No other biographical details are known about her other than she appeared in fourteen films from 1960 to 1987.
Gisella appeared as Kim Arden in only one Spaghetti western and that was as Kathy/Katy in 1968’s “Sapevano solo uccidere” (Saguaro) starring Kirk Morris, Larry Ward and Gordon Mitchell.
