Great Adventure Stories
Great Adventure Stories was an anthology comic book featuring four rotating monthly adventure characters: Kiwi (written by Giancarlo Ottani, with art by Hugo Pratt and Stelio Fenzo), Melody John (by Leone Frollo), Tarvin il Solitario (by Renzo Savi), and Canada Jean (by Ivo Pavone). The issue is rounded out by an episode from the Spanish-produced series Dagli Archivi di Scotland Yard (From the Scotland Yard Archives). Covers were created and drawn by Franco Donatelli.
The anthology was issued in 1966 with issue #1 being
released on January 20th and it ended production with issue #16 on
May 5, 1966. It was published by TOR in Milan, Italy under direction of Franco
Fasani. Each issue contained 96 black & white pages with color covers.
