In the 1969 Spaghetti western “100 Rifles”. A platoon of Mexican soldiers under the direction of General Verdugo are in pursuit of revolutionaries and set up a post at a hacienda. The hacienda was a set built for the film and was located in Ruescas, Almería, Spain.
Here’s what the location looked last year in 2025. It is
now being used for crops and a green house.
