Italian film and television actor Antonio Marsina died in
Gallipoli, Puglia, Italy on March 6th. He was 80. Born in Nardò,
Puglia, Italy on January 12, 1946 he started his career working in photo
Novellos. His first film was an Aguila henchman in “A Stranger in Town” in 1966.
He’d go on to appear in 38 films and TV appearances until his retirement after
an appearance in the 2002-2004 TV series ‘Vento di ponente’. Marsina appeared
in three Spaghetti westerns: “A Stranger in Town” as an Aguila henchman and “My
Name is Pecos” both in 1966 and as Lenny Shannon in 1975’s “Keoma”.
