Enzo De Toma was born in Trani, Puglia, Italy on January 23, 1932. He was an actor who appeared usually in movies between the 1970s and 1980s which were shot in northern Italy. Often, he worked in comedies with Renato Pozzetto and Adriano Celentano, but people recognize him above all for one his particular TV commercial, of a well-known brush for interior painting, "Cinghiale" branded, in which he impersonated a house painter who rode a bicycle through the streets of a big city, creating traffic and amazement with a gigantic brush strapped to the back.
In all Enzo appeared in Twenty-eight films between 1972 and 1993.
Enzo De Toma appeared in only one Spaghetti western as Buzz the ferryman in “Il richiamo del lupo” (The Great Adventure) in 1974.
