Tomi Cristin-Liviu is a Romanian film and theater actor born on August 28, 1965, in Brasoy, Romania. His father died when he was five and he had to attend school and get a job at a young age to help support his mother. He was able to graduate from school and then attended and graduated from the National Institute of Theatrical Arts Targu Mures in 1988. In 1994, he made his first role in the movie “Nostradamus”. Still active, he’s appeared in 30 films and TV appearances since then. He is known for his work in films such as “Callas Forever” (2002), “Modigliani” (2004) and “Efect 30” (2009). He appeared on the stage of Theater National in "Ion Luca Caragiale" in Bucuresti.
Cristin is married to actress Alina Tomi and has three children Ana-Maria, Andrei and Anastasia.
Tomi appeared in two Euro-westerns: “Phantom Town” in 1997 as a western man and as a bartender in “Infern în Tombstone” (Dead in Tombstone) in 2012.
