[These daily posts will cover little known actors or people that have appeared in more recent films and TV series. Various degrees of information that I was able to find will be given and anything that you can add would be appreciated.]
Garvin Cross is a Canadian stunt coordinator and stuntman born in 1970. Born with the drive to take risks, and the skills to pull them off, Garvin Cross has enjoyed a successful career creating those ‘wow’ moments on the big and small screen. One of his first stunt credits was working on a 1991 Chuck Norris feature The Hitman. From that point on his phone has not stopped ringing. With over 150 credited and uncredited stunts it’s only natural that his experience would lead to designing, developing and coordinating stunts. One memorable film Garvin coordinated is Lost Boys: The Tribe, where his out of the box thinking won praise from the directors and producers of this sci-fi action feature. And when big bang stunts are back seat to fun gags in family movies involving props, actors and animals, Garvin has done those too.
Garvin has appeared in two Euro-western productions as a barfly in a 1990 episode of ‘Bordertown’ and performing stunts in 2007’s “BloodRayne II: Deliverance”.
