Aquila d’Oro

(Golden Aquila)

This comic book series was a reprint of Aquila D’Oro, originally produced in Spain by Selecciones Illustradas which were already published by Edizioni Bianconi, using the logo and covers drawn by Vladimiro Missaglia. From the editions of Aquila Rossa (1957). The books come packaged stapled while issue #6 is a paperback. In the appendix are short stories with drawings by Cueto.

The series was published in 1967 with issue #1 released on April 15 and ending with issue #8 on May 15th under the direction of Danilo Sarugia. The issues were published by EDB in Milan with each issue containing 64 black & white pages with color covers.
