In 1966’s “Ringo and His Golden Pistol. The execution of the priest and altar-boy (who married Paco Perez and Manuela Rodriguez at the beginning of the film) is cut from international prints, thus their corpses are shown inexplicably when Juanito is discussing his plans with his henchmen.
