[These daily posts will cover little known actors or people that have appeared in more recent films and TV series. Various degrees of information that I was able to find will be given and anything that you can add would be appreciated.]
Rolf Arndt was a German director, theater, film and TV actor. He was born in Cologne, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany on September 19, 1930. His main profession was as a stage actor and he co-founded the Armaturen Arndt GmbH Productions in 1984. His film and television career consisted of 31 appearances between 1961 and 1982. His only Euro-western appearance was as Thouniak in 1965’s “The Bandits of the Rio Grande”.
He's apparently still living as I find no source that mentions his passing.

I'm afraid I'm not too familiar with who Rolf Arndt is. But if he's still alive as you said, he'd be close to 93. Sorry, I can't verify any further and I don't watch a lot of European cinema anyway.
