Tony Askin was an alias for Italian actor Antonio Aschi. He was a production manager, assistant director and film actor. He appeared in 23 films from 1970 to 1990 under several different names such as Tonino Aschi, Tony Askins, Tony Puschin, Tony Puskyn. He was also a production manager on two film and an assistant director on one. Later Tony became an acting agent and ran his own agency.
I can find no other biographical information other than a Antonio Aschi still living in Rome today.

The Tony Askin that you say is still living in Rome today might as well be the very one you're talking about. I have no clue as to how old he would be or if he remains active and I don't know if he has a Facebook account. You can try looking but I highly doubt it.
