Spaghetti western day in Fontevivo in memory of Bud Spencer

A street will also be named after the actor, the first in Italy in his name

On June 1, Fontevivo dedicates the entire day to the memory of Bud Spencer, aka Carlo Pedersoli, the athlete, film actor and screenwriter who died 3 years ago and is the protagonist of dozens of successful films alone and paired with Terence Hill.

A western area will be set up, with horses and the Trinity sleigh made famous by the couple's spaghetti westerns. It will also be possible to admire the cars of the national association Dune Buggy that have become famous in the film “Altrimenti ci arrabbiamo”.

Space will also be given to art with a comic show dedicated to the saga of the films of Bud Spencer and Terence Hill. There will also be a tug-of-war competition organized by local associations and dinner with beans, beer, sausages and other themed dishes.

The musical entertainment will be entrusted to the Dune Buggy Band, the national cover of the duo Spencer-Hill, which will offer soundtracks and images of all the films. There will also be an area dedicated to the screening of some films outdoors.

After the first Italian street is named after the great Bud, they will have place a series of collateral initiatives realized in collaboration with the associations and national sites dedicated to the duo Bud Spencer - Terence Hill ", explained the mayor of Fontevivo Tommaso Fiazza and the deputy mayor Matteo Agoletti.
