  1. I've always wanted to meet Robert Woods. There's just not a lot of info on him. And if there is, it's not for him but for the OTHER Robert Woods, actor Robert S. Woods. Then there's the football player, Robert Woods. And Robert Woods isn't even his real name! He was born as Donald Eugene Leblow on July 19, 1936, in Denver, Colorado but was later adopted by a Mr. and Mrs. Robert Woods and therefore took the name of his adopted father. This is the name he now uses as an actor although he was also known simply as Robert Wood in some of his Spaghetti Westerns. Did I mention he can sing? Yes, he was also a singer. And a veteran too. Robert Woods was in the Navy. And he was even a model. He was Henry Fonda's pilot in "The Battle Of The Bulge" in 1965 and his first movie role was as an uncredited extra in "Where The Boys Are" in 1960. He was filling in for George Hamilton who would later go on to do Ritz Crackers commercials and be KFC's Extra Crispy Colonel. He was even friends with Marc Fiorini and they did "El Puro" together. They still keep in touch every now and then. He actually got started in Spaghetti Westerns by way of Alfonso Balcazar. He even did his own stunts because nobody else would do them! Now if there's anything I missed, please let me or Robert know. We would like to tell ya more but neither Robert nor myself have the time. Thank You kindly.
