In "For a Few Dollars More" after Colonel Mortimer opens the safe the gang ride to a hideout in Agua Caliente and Indio hides the money in a warehouse. This is actually the rear courtyard of Cortijo del Fraile near Albaricoques which was the mission used in "The Good, the Bad and the Ugly."

Yes Adrian you are correct about "Bullet for the General" Kinski hurls dynamite from the roof down on the Mexican army. The roof was also used as the roof of the prison "El Indio" was held in for "For A Few Dollars More." Sad that it's in such a poor state of decay today. Many of the locations were used in multiple films.
