Spaghetti Western Director – Daniel Barber
Daniel Barber was born in London, England on November 30, 1965. He studied graphic design at St Martins School of Art, where he graduated in 1988. Barber joined the TV department at Lambie-Naim & Co, where he designed and directed title sequences, including those for the BBC Nine O'Clock News. In 1991, he completed new identities for BBC1 and BBC2, for which he won a BAFTA and a D&AD award.
In 2006, Barber became a partner at the London-based film production company Knucklehead, where he continued to direct commercials, including for Adidas, Audi, the BBC, Estée Lauder, Sony, BMW, and the Royal Air Force.
Barber's first film was “The Tonto Woman”, a 35-minute western based on a short story by Elmore Leonard. The film is about a cattle rustler who becomes involved in the life of a woman who has been held captive by Mojave Indians for the past 11 years and is now living in isolation. The film won Best Film at Palm Springs 2007, Best of Festival at LA Shorts 2008 and was nominated for an Oscar in 2008. He then directed his first full-length feature, “Harry Brown”, starring Michael Caine.
Daniel Barbers has directed two Euro-westerns: “The Tonto Woman” in 2007 and “The Keeping Room” in 2014

Spaghetti Western Screenwriter – Mauro Aragoni
Mauro Aragoni was born on March 10, 1988, in Ogliastra, Sardinia, Italy. He is an Italian film director and screenwriter, best known for the TV series ‘That Dirty Black Bag’, which premiered on AMC+ in 2022.
Mauro Aragoni began his career directing independent short films. In 2016, he directed “Nuraghes S'Arena”, a short film featuring the acting debut of rapper Salmo.
In 2022, he wrote and directed the "Spaghetti western" television series ‘That Dirty Black Bag’, which was distributed on AMC+ and later made available on Netflix USA.
In 2024, Aragoni wrote a special issue of Dylan Dog for Sergio Bonelli Editore, titled L'oscuro messaggero (Italian for 'The Dark Messenger').

Spaghetti Western Cinematographer – Henri Barreyre
Henri Barreyre was born in France around the turn of the twentieth century. He worked as a cameraman and cinematographer in both France and in Spain using the alias, Enrique Barreyre.
Barreyre was a cinematographer on seventy-three films from 1922 until 1962. He was also a cameraman on seven films from 1925 to 1955.
Like many silent film participants there is little to no biographical information on him.
Henri’s only Euro-western was as cinematographer on 1929’s film short “Construire un feu” (The Origin of Fire) written by Jack London.
