Radu Corciova was born in Lugoj, Romania on October 5, 1947. He attended the Institute of Fine Arts and then became a production and costume designer and set designer in the Romanian film industry. He is most associated with working with director Sergiu Nicolaescu. He was seen only once in front of the cameras in small supporting role in “The Oil, the Baby and the Transylvanians” (1979).
