American actor Michael Madsen died at his Malibu,
California home on July 3rd. He was 67. Born Michael Søren Madsen in
Chicago, Illinois on September 25, 1957. The prolific actor appeared in over
325 films and TV appearances beginning in 1982. He also produced 23 films and
wrote two screenplays. Madsen also released several books of poetry. He’s best
remembered for his roles as Mr. Blonde in 1992’s “Reservoir Dogs”, Virgil Earp
in 1994’s “Wyatt Earp”, Joe Gage in 2015’s “The Hateful Eight” and Budd in “Kill
Bill Volume 2” in 2004. Madsen appeared in two Euro-westerns “Blood Red” in
1988 as Enzio and as Wallace ‘Wally’ Sebastian Blount in 2002’s “Blueberry” aka
Renegade.
