RIP José Ignacio Abadal
Spanish actor José Ignacio Abadal, who was an actor in stage, TV, film and voice dubber died in Barcelona, Spain on May 3, 2010. Usually using the name Ignasi Abadal he made around twenty films but among them were only two Euro-westerns: “Saranda” (Twenty Paces to Death) with Dean Reed and “Stagecoach of the Condemned” with Richard Harrison, both were filmed in 1970. He was most active as a voice dubber where he made his name. He was born in Barcelona but I have no information on his age, or what he died of. Thanks to Nzoog Wahrlfhehen for alerting me to his passing.

He actually made more which are not listed on the imdb. The imdb also has other films of his in the entry under Ignasi Abadal, a Catalan vcariant on his name.
ReplyDeleteThanks Nzoog, I've added a bit more information and hope to find an obit in the next few days to add even more info.
