Spanish voice actor and dubbing
director died outside Madrid, Spain on April 11th he was 77. Born on
December 22, 1947, his deep voice was a pleasure to listen to, whether firm,
soft, romantic, cynical, or harsh, he had one of the most distinctive and
recognizable voices in the world of voice acting in Spain. He was the regular
voice of Dirk Benedict, Eriq Lasalle, Dennis Hopper, Tom Skerrit, Peter Coyote,
and Mandy Patinkin, among others. He dubbed several Spaghetti westerns both
when they were originally released and as you can see by the list below when
they were released on DVD.
