The success of “The Big Gundown” spawned the sequel,
“Run, Man Run,” also directed by Sergio Sollima and again starring Tomas Milian
as Cuchillo. But Lee Van Cleef did not reprise his role as Jonathan Corbett. He
was replaced by Donal O’Brien who although dressed like Van Cleef’s character,
Jonathan Corbett, was named Nathaniel Cassidy.
