This scene is from Sergio Leone’s “Duck You Sucker” (1971). When James Coburn and Rod Steiger’s escape to Texas in a boxcar on a train it suddenly stops at a small station when a truck is seen blocking the track. Suddenly revolutionaries attack and the situation turns to chaos.

the Gor train station in Granada, Spain. Below is the same location as seen in
2021.
