Philippe Auguste Baryellon d'Antonin was born in Avignon, Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, France on January 28, 1903. Sometimes credited simply as Berval, he appeared in over 50 films and TV series from 1938 to 1974. A reliable character and supporting actor his log career and number of films proves he was a favorite of French directors.
Antonin Baryel died in Nice, Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, France pm February 26, 1980. He was 77 years old.
Baryel’s only Euro-western appearance was in 1956’s “Ferdinand Cowboy” directed by Guy Lefranc and starring Fernand Raynaud, Noël Roquevert and Nadine Tallier.
