RIP Adriana Roel

 

Mexican actress Adriana Roel died in Mexico City on August 4, 2022. She was born Rosa María Gordeas Spoiler on July 5, 1934, in Monterrey, Mexico. She is the sister of the singer César Costa [1941-]. Roel debuted as an actress in the late 1950s, working in film, theater and television. She also excelled as a theater director. She appeared in one Euro-western as Janine in “Viva Maria” (1965) starring Brigitte Bardot and Jean Moreau.
