National Day of the American Cowboy

    National Day Of The American Cowboy is my favorite day because I was born in July and summer is my favorite season. I remember as a kid I would play with my cap guns and ride my stick horse around the backyard because I didn't like what those other kids like. I would, (and still do), dream about being a Hollywood cowboy in a Western film. My favorite Western actors were Tim Holt, Gene Autry, Roy Rogers, Dale Evans, Tex Ritter, Clint Eastwood, James Garner, John Wayne, Glenn Ford, and later on most of the Spaghetti Western actors I hadn't heard of until much later on. and they are still my favorites. Because I love Westerns. And I love cowboys. And there ain't nothing wrong with that.
