We continue our search for locations for “The Gatling
Gun”. When Chris leaves Martha Simpson and starts to ride out of town Tarpas,
with two of his men, rides into town. One of Tarpas’ men points to Tanner and
says he was at the cemetery. Tarpas tells the two men to go after him. Tarpas
then rides up to the saloon and confronts Simpson in her room. The two quarrel
and then there’s a knock on the door. It’s Tarpas’ two henchmen who tell him
they lost Tanner down by the river. Tarpas orders Martha to get dressed and
takes her to Ryckert.
This scene was also filmed at an Elios Studios soundstage
near Rome, Italy.
