Who Are Those Gals? - Brigitte Auber


Brigitte Cahen de Labzac was born in Paris on April 27, 1928. As Brigitte Auber she's worked almost extensively in Europe. She's probably best known to American audiences for her appearance with Cary Grant in Alfred Hitchcock's 1955 film “To Catch a Thief”. She also made in the 1998 remake of “The Man in the Iron Mask” with Leonardo DiCaprio. Brigitte was responsible for recommending Alain Delon to director Yves Allégret who gave him his first film role. Auber has been making films since 1947 and her last film appearance was in the 2000 TV film “Oncle Paul”.

  1. What about a Spanish actress, María Mahor, who appeared in "The Tall Women" (1967, starring Anne Baxter), "Another Dollars for the McGregors" (1970), and "Zorro, el caballero de la justicia" (1971)?
