     Facendo sequito agli accordi verbali tra noi intercorsi Lo rimaniamo qui di seguito quanto resta tra noi convenuto e stabilito:

 

1)      – Noi Le abbiamo proposto e Lei ha accettato di prestare la Sua opera artistica quale attore per interpretare il ruolo di “RAMON ROJO” nel film dal titolo:

 

“IL MAGNIFICO STANIERO”

 

per la regia di Sergio Leone. Detto film potra da noi essero prodotto anche in associazione con tersi, ferma restanio nel Suoi confronti la piena responsbilita nostra della esecuzicne del presente contratto.

In accordance with the verbal agreements between us, we hereby set forth what is agreed and established between us:

 

1) – We have proposed to you and you have accepted to lend your artistic work as an actor to play the role of “RAMON ROJO” in the film entitled:

 

“THE MAGNIFICENT STANIERO”

 

directed by Sergio Leone. Said film may also be produced by us in association with third parties, without prejudice to our full responsibility towards you for the execution of this contract.
