Who Are Those Guys? ~ Vittoria Congia

 


Vittorio Congia was born in Rome, Italy on November 4, 1930. He was a theater, radio, film and TV and voice actor. He appeared in forty films between 1957 and 1978 in cluding 12 musicals. He appeared in such TV series as ‘Library on Studio Uno’ (1964), ‘Scaramouche’ (1965), ‘Don’t Sing, Shoot’ (1967), ‘Oliver Cromwell: Portrait of a Dictator’ (1969) and ‘The Theft of the Mona Lisa’ (1978).

Among his most memorable films was his appearance in the Euro-western “The Ballad of Ben and Charlie” (1971 as ‘3% Smith’.

Congia died in Rome on November 27, 2019. He had turned 89 a few weeks earlier.
