Spaghetti Western Trivia ~ Doctor Timmy

The little boy, best remembered for playing Timmy McBain in “Once Upon a Time in the West” was Enzo Santaniello. He had previously appeared in a larger role in 1967’s “Lola Colt” as Pablito and along with his sister Simonetta Santaniello who played Maureen McBain in “Once Upon a Time in the West” appeared once again as brother and sister in 1968’s “Ace High”. Today he is a Chemistry professor at Milan University.
