Who Are Those Guys? ~ Pierangelo Civera



Pierangelo Civera was born in Cuneo, Piedmont, Italy on July 18, 1933. He was active in many facets of the entertainment industry from film and television to dubbing and directing. He was best known as the Italian voice of Peter Fonda in “Easy Rider” and later Robert Englund as Freddy Kruger in “Nightmare 2” and “The Revenge” and Nightmare 3”. He has also worked at the SAS (Synchronization Actors Company).

Pierangelo only appeared on screen in one Euro-westerns as a plague victim in “Keoma” 1975. He was the Italian voice of Jeffrey Hunter in 1968’s “Custer of the West”, Richard Harrison in “Reverend Colt” (1970) and Joseph Persaud in “Massacre at Fort Holman” and George Martin in “Return of Clint the Stranger” both (1972).

Sadly he died at the age of 44 due to a tumor in Rome, Italy.
