It was announced today that Italian film, TV and voice
actor Vittorio Di Prima did in Rome on February 9, 2016. He was 74. During his
film career he starred in “Primo tango a Roma... storia d'amore e d'alchimia”
(1973), “RDF - Rumori di fondo” (1996) he also worked in some television dramas
like “E le stelle stanno a guardare” (1971), “La Piovra 7” (1994) and “Primo Cittadino”
(1998). Vittorio was also very active in the world of dubbing since the 1970s,
he voiced such actors as Morgan Freeman Philippe Noiret, Anthony Quinn, Marlon
Brando, Robert Duvall, Leonard Nimoy and Carl Weathers. His Euro-western dubbing
consists of Deaf Smith and Johnny Ears – 1972 [Italian voice of Anthony Quinn],
Sam il ragazzo del West (TV) – 1973 [Italian voice of Win], The Rough and Ready
Sheriff (TV) – 1973-1974 [Italian voice of Win, additional voices] and Grey Owl
- 1999 [Italian voice of Vlasta Vrana], He was married to fellow voice actress Ada Maria Serra
Zanetti.
