[These daily posts will cover little known actors or people that have appeared in more recent films and TV series. Various degrees of information that I was able to find will be given and anything that you can add would be appreciated.]
Here’s yet another enigma… Mark Edwards. All we now about him is that he was born sometime in 1942 in Australia. He appeared in twenty-nine films and television appearances between 1965 and 1979. He studied in Bristol, England in the mid-1960s then moved to England and was in steady work. His best-known credit was in the role of Tod Browning in “Blood from the Mummy's Tomb” in 1971. Edwards moved back to Australia in the mid-1970s
For an actor to appear in a star in several of these productions yet very little is known about him is amazing to me. I’ve made contact with film friends in Australia and they know nothing more about him other than what is on the internet which is very little.
Mark Edwards appeared in one Spaghetti western, “El más fabuloso golpe del Far West” (The Boldest Job in the Wes) as Michigan in 1971.
