Little Known Spaghetti Western Actors ~ Petar Buntic

[These daily posts will cover little known actors or people that have appeared in more recent films and TV series. Various degrees of information that I was able to find will be given and anything that you can add would be appreciated.]

Petar Buntic was born in Zagreb, Croatia, Yugoslavia in 1940. He was an assistant director, stuntman, film and TV actor. He appeared in 42 films and television series appearances from 1965 to 1996. Some of his more famous films were, “Forece 10 from Navarone” (1978), “The Dirty Dozen: The Deadly Mission” (1987) and “Captain America” (1990) 

Buntic appeared in three Euro-westerns: “Per un dollaro a Tucson si muore” (Die for a Dollar in Tucson) in 1964 billed as P. Buntic, “Der Schatz der Azteken” (Treasure of the Aztecs in 1964 as Pedro and

Petar died from a brain tumor sometime in Croatia in 1997. He was 57.
