[These daily posts will cover little known actors or people that have appeared in more recent films and TV series. Various degrees of information that I was able to find will be given and anything that you can add would be appreciated.]
Spartaco Battisti is/was an Italian character actor. He appeared in 18 films from 1964’s “Squillo” until his final appearance in “L'ultimo giorno” in 1985. He appeared in four Spaghetti westerns “Vaya con dios gringo” (Go with God, Gringo) in 1966 playing the role of Jack Stewart, followed in 1968 with an appearance as Poldo in “El Zorro” (Zorro the Fox). Then in 1970 he plays a gambler in “La Belva” (The Beast) and finally in 1972 he plays a Mexican general in “Spirito Santo e le 5 magnifiche canaglie” (Gunmen and the Holy Ghost).
After his final film appearance in 1985 he disappears from the scene.
