Spaghetti Western Locations for “Face to Face”

We continue our search for locations for “Face to Face”. The scene opens with paper wads being thrown at a lizard. They come from the hands of Brad Fletcher reclining in a chair tearing pages from a book. A young girl approaches and gives him a bowl of fruit. Suddenly a stagecoach approaches and comes to a halt, the door opens, and a rugged looking man is pushed out and onto the ground. The man is outlaw Solomon ‘Beauregard’ Bennett. The three guards ask the innkeeper for something to drink, and Bennett asks for water. When a large jug is brought out Fletcher takes it and gives Bennett a drink above the protests of the guards. Suddenly Bennet pushes the jug onto the guard’s head, knocking him out, grabs his gun and shoots another of the guards. He uses Fletcher as a shield he tells the driver to move the stage as soon as he and the professor are on board. They are soon on their way, leaving the inn behind in the dust.

This scene was filmed at Cortijo de Monsul which is on the same property as Finca el Romeral in San Jose, Spain.
