50th Anniversary of the premier of “They Call Him Cemetery”

Today marks thee 50th Anniversary of “They Call Him Cemetery” directed by Anthony Ascott and starring Gianni Garko and William Berger it tells the story of two college educated greenhorns arrive from Boston to visit their father. They find the unsettled and lawless west is not a place for unskilled youngsters. They also find out their father and the other ranchers are being blackmailed by a gang of outlaws. The youngsters take it upon themselves to find out who’s behind this and put a stop to it. They are helped by “The Ace of Hearts” a gambler, lady’s man and an expert pistolero. He teaches the young men to shoot and protects them from another hired gun Duke, who has been hired to eliminate them.
