Albi Juventus, Supplements Juventus

Published from 1938 to 1943, length of each comic varied from 8 to 48 pages with color covers and black and white pages. Published in Milan, Italy by the Vittoria Publishing House

The word Supplements Juventus is attributed to these books for the sake of cataloging, it is not shown on the comics themselves, but they are usually identified by collectors. They are not numbered and initially leave no indications, they are mainly supplements to ALBOGIORNALE.

Series I: here we want to insert three books which were published in 1938, the first two by the Publishing House Vittoria and printed by the Off. Grafiche La Lito and the third by the Arti Grafiche Zacchetti & C. for the Edizioni S.A.D.E.L. Among other things, the first two books are still advertised on Albi JUVENTUS in the summer of 1940. "The Invincible" and "The Hero of Texas" published as Ted Strong by Al Carreno, which already appeared as Matteo Garrese on TOPOLINO (1937 and 1940) and "The Musketeers of Arizona" which had English production material.

Series II: the debut takes place with three collections of the inserts of the first 8 numbers of ALBOGIORNALE and along the same lines is inserted the "reprint" of "Paolone il contrabbandiere". They follow the stories already published in the weekly magazine itself or on AUDACE. #19 and  #20 present CAPTAIN FIAMMA (Gordon Fife) by Bob Moore and Carl Pfeufer, #29 and #30 are reruns of "Cuori coraggiosi" (ALBI JUVENTUS #s 107-135 and #s 31 and 32 close the series with the "Life of Lightning" fictionalized by Vincenzo Baggioli.
