Pilot Lee Arnold is pulled into the Mexican Revolution by his own greed. The Texas gunrunner is forced to land in Mexico when his plane develops engine problems. Joining Pancho Villa and his band of guerilla fighters and bandits, in order to save his life, while being tormented by Fierro, Villa's right-hand-man; Villa must face possible betrayal by his own president's naiveté. As time transpires Arnold develops a sense of camaraderie with Villa and his cause.
