ALBO VICTORY MIGNON (Giustiziere Scarlatto - Texas Bill)

The first 24 issues od this comic book series present the adventures of “Il giustiziere scarlatto”, a clone of “The Masked Man” with an extra cape and moustache, designed by G. De Gaspari. From #13 (January 24, 1948) the graphics are changed on the masthead. From #25 (April 17, 1948) the masthead became “Texas Bill” with the adventures of the harmonious character drawn by Nevio Zeccara. From #90 (23 July 1949) the graphics change on the masthead and the register has double numbering, going from 1 (90) up to 5 (94).

The series was first published in 1947 with #1 being released on January 11, 1947 and ending with #94 on September 13,1949. It was published in Milan, Italy by G. Ponzoni under the direction Giuseppe Ponzoni. Each issue contained 8 black and white pages with color covers.
