Fabio Testi and Lynne Frederick were so reluctant to end their time with each other for the film “4 of the Apocalypse” that during their final shared scene (Bunny's death), one of them would keep requesting another take for all sorts of made up reasons. They even improvised on a few takes with Testi's character (Stubby) kissing Frederick's character (Bunny) before her death, but this was not used in the final cut of the film.
If I remember correctly, Tomas Milian's character of Chaco rapes Lynne Frederick's character of Bunny in "Four Of The Apocalypse" to the point where she gets pregnant and then dies. HTF does that happen? Then Stubby's character, played by Fabio Testi, cuts Chaco with a razor and then shoots him dead. WTF? Y'all need more of Jesus and less of that acid if ya ask me.
ReplyDeleteWow, that's some intense stuff! Spaghetti Westerns are definitely not for the faint of heart. But gotta love the over-the-top drama! Maybe I'll check out some of these festivals.
