Two Sons of Ringo in 1966 marked the first Spaghetti western for George Hilton, an actor from Argentina before moving to Italy in 1963. He’d become one of Spaghetti’s biggest stars.
In “Due rrringos nel Texas” Hilton plays a “Man With No
Name” character even down to the poncho and cheroot.
Michael Ferguson gives a counter point: Wikipedia says
Hilton's last film was the western-parody Two Sons of Ringo, in which shortly before the end of filming he was replaced by Giuliano Carnimeo for health reasons.
Simonelli's "I due sanculotti" was released in August 1966 (probably shot in early spring). which would place "Two Sons of Ringo" filming between June-October 1966
after "Brute and the Beast".
