Rednex is a Swedish novelty-act. Producer Patrick Edenberg used his alias Pat Reiniz for this project. All other members also have an alias. Until 2011 the band performed in fixed formations. From 2012 on the band performed in mixed formations depending on the location where they perform and the availability of the members. In 2012 a short-lived separate band line-up was created for performances in New Zealand and Australia.
Julie Anne Tulley used the alias, Scarlet. She is a British vocalist, songwriter, label owner, publisher and music manager. Best known for as the voice of Rednex. Initially a solo artist, she joined Skip Raiders in 2000, after which she joined Rednex from 2001-2005. She rejoined them from 2009-2012. During this period, she also acted as their Booking Agent. She launched Rockstarmedia Music in 2005, expanding it to include publishing in 2008. In 2010 she started the Rocka Records label.
Bo Anders Sandberg used the alias, Dagger. He was born on May 3, 1968, in Jukkasjärvi, Kiruna, Lappland and died on January 23, 2024, in Hedemora, Sweden. Sandberg began his musical career in the hard rock band 'Arch' in 1985, which in 1987 reached the final of 'Rock-SM' (the Swedish Rock Championship). In that competition Sandberg won the prize as best singer, but despite that success the band was disbanded two years later, in 1989.
Roy van der Haagen used the alias, Joe Cagg. He was a member of the band from 2001-2003 and again in 2009-2018.
Jean-Paul Engeln used the alias Jay Lee and performed with the band from 2001-2003, and occasionally from 2019 on.
