Carioca
This comic book featured several characters: Carioca by Gino Gavioli; Biribu by A. Lavezzolo and G. Perego; History of Rome and The Adventures of Piccolo Alpino by M. Goldsmith; Ciccio and Arturo, Zeffirino and Orsetto and Giacomone by Enver (Enwer) Bongrani; Abele and Abelardo and Lasagna and Chestnut by Leone Cimpellin. For the first five issues, the album measures 12 x 22 cm, as it has a small booklet to cut out and detach in the lower part (12 x 7 cm), which features two adventure stories illustrated by Paolo Piffarerio and Pini Segna. In one corner, a curious “Cine-photo in motion” illustrated by Piffarerio. From issue no. 6, it has a comic strip of Jim Turbine attached.
The series was issued in 1954 with issue #1 being released
in August and ending with issue #8 in March 1955.
