Bill Grayson is on the trail of the killers of his father, a colonel in Union Army, is found dead while being accused of stealing a large sum of money, but in fact was killed by the real thieves. Along with the help of the Mexican ‘El Charro’, one after another Bill kills them all, while obtaining their confessions, and retrieving the booty. In the end it is learned he is not the son of the Colonel who was killed, and has no intention of returning the money.
