Spaghetti Western locations Then & Now – “The Good, the Bad and the Ugly”

In the “Good The Bad and The Ugly” after Blondie disposes of Tuco on the prairie and dissolves their partnership he begins a new relationship with a character known only as Shorty. They continue the same operation of turning Shorty in for the reward on his head and then saving him at the hanging only to do it over and over from town to town.

In this scene we see Shorty and Blondie performing their ruse on a small town. Unfortunately for Shorty, Tuco shows up and disrupts the operation leaving Shorty to actually hang and Blondie captured by Tuco.

Filming location is north of Los Albaricoques. It’s not a town but a group of buildings. So does not have an actual name.
