[These daily posts will cover little known actors or people that have appeared in more recent films and TV series. Various degrees of information that I was able to find will be given and anything that you can add would be appreciated.]
Consuelo Rosu was born in Bucharest Romania on January 31, 1940. She graduated from the Institute of Theatrical Arts and Cinematography in 1962. In 1964, she appeared in her first film role in the movie “Mofturi 1900”. Consuela also appeared on the stage of the theater ‘Lucia Sturza Bulandra’ in Bucharest. She married actor Iurie Darie in 1958, and they had a son director, actor Alexandru ‘Ducu’ Darie who was born in and died in 2019 of cirrhosis, while waiting for a liver transplant. After her marriage Consuelo acted using her married name Consuelo Darie.
It's mentioned in one of the small biographies of Iurie Darie that Consuela died at a young age but I can find no specific date.
Consuelo Darie appeared in only one Euro-western and that was as a young Indian maiden in “Apachen” (Apaches) as Ulzana’s aunt in 1973.
