Here in Rome, the monumental exhibition dedicated to the legendary Maestro Piero Piccioni a hundred years since his birth at the Forum Theatre (ex cinema-teatro Euclide) directed by Jason Piccioni, Nicola Vicidomini and Marco Patrignani.
The press conference also featured the collector Alessandro Orsucci di Lucca, who contributed a lot of manifestos and other rare pieces from his collection, Valentina Piccioni and composer Fabio Frizzi.
An exhibition that cannot be described in words for the content of the material is of immense artistic and historical value such as discs, posters and especially very rare documents and things from the composer's personal archive including a wall of record jacketd. Originals from the family archive (I know very well having admired them for two decades of attendance at the home of Pigcioni)
The organizers heroically put their soul and heart with endless passion and Herculean efforts to complete an exhibition that will last until January 6 with live concerts, a DJ set and meetings with Maestro Frizzi who will talk about Piero Piccioni and one with the writings of the sound engineer Giuliano Radiciotti.
Many friends, colleagues and characters were present and related to Music and Cinema like the beloved Gloria Paul wife of M°Piccioni, Giovanna Ralli, Federico Savina, Dario Salvatori, Maria Paola Trovajoli, Marco Risi, Enrico Vanzina and many more.
