Arturo Danesi was a member of the Danesi family of coach builders and stuntmen and wranglers. The Danesi Brothers coach mfg. built 18 chariots for the 1959 film “Ben Hur”. Their firm also built many stagecoaches, buckboards and other rigs during the Spaghetti western era. The brothers and their offspring were also excellent horsemen as horses were needed to pull the coaches they built.
“Un uomo, un cavallo, una pistola” (The Stranger Returns) as the stagecoach driver. Like his brother Alfredo, I’m sure he probably appeared uncredited in several more.
